Overview:

Join our team as a Floral Designer and unleash your creativity in a dynamic and vibrant work environment. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for fresh floral design to bring beauty and joy to our customers through stunning arrangements.

Duties:

- Create visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, proms and special events

- Stock and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs

- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately

- Utilize POS systems to input orders and track inventory

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service

-Available to help with delivery and set up of events, such as weddings, funerals and movie sets

Qualifications:

- Must have recent previous experience in fresh floral design

- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and inventory management

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Knowledge of fresh flowers and plants is a plus

-Physically must be able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds

- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
