Florist

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop floral concepts for product launches, promotional events, and photoshoots.
• Source and select high-quality flowers and materials, ensuring freshness and seasonal relevance.
• Package and present floral arrangements attractively for various purposes, including in-store displays and customer gifts.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, managing inventory and supplies.
• Provide expert advice on floral trends and care, contributing to the overall customer experience.
• Ensure all floral designs are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and design, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and floral care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and a passion for floral artistry.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
