Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Florist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a flair for floral design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, weddings, and corporate clients
• Handle flower preparation, conditioning, and proper storage
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the flower shop or workstation
• Assist customers with flower selection and custom orders
• Coordinate with the sales team for incoming orders and deliveries
• Monitor flower inventory and supplies; assist with ordering as needed
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets (with commission incentives)
• Follow company standards for quality, presentation, and customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or in floral design (at least 1 year preferred)
• Strong sense of color, design, and composition
• Knowledge of flower varieties and care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
• Creativity, reliability, and a positive attitude
