Florist

We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to design, arrange, and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorative pieces for various occasions. The role involves handling fresh flowers, plants, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, arrange, and create floral bouquets, centerpieces, and event decorations based on customer requests and occasions.
• Provide expert advice to customers on flower types, arrangements, and plant care.
• Prepare floral displays for weddings, parties, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Ensure flowers and plants are properly watered, stored, and maintained to prolong freshness.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and accessories.
• Keep the shop/display area neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Stay updated with floral design trends and seasonal arrangements.
• Manage customer inquiries, process sales, and handle deliveries when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer.
• Strong creativity and artistic ability in floral arrangements.
• Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons/events.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail sales.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
