Florist

We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing beautiful floral arrangements, maintaining the shop’s floral inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fresh, attractive floral arrangements according to customer requests and shop standards.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants for various occasions.
• Maintain inventory by ordering and receiving fresh flowers and supplies.
• Ensure proper care of flowers and plants to maximize freshness and longevity.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle deliveries and setup for events as needed.
• Manage sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal availability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a florist or in floral design preferred.
• Strong creativity and artistic skills.
• Good knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training or certification in floral design is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Handling flowers, plants, and materials safely.
