We are seeking creative and passionate Florist to join our team. We specialize in bespoke floral arrangements, luxury retail displays, and hotel flower installations. The ideal candidate will have strong floral design skills, an eye for detail, and experience working in high-end environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design floral arrangements for retail, events, and corporate clients.
• Maintain and condition flowers daily to ensure optimal presentation.
• Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and themes.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of large floral displays and events.
• Manage flower inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Work collaboratively with the design and operations team to meet project timelines.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained in the workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Experience in hotel floral installations or luxury hospitality floral work is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of flower care, arrangement techniques, and design trends.
• Creative flair with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings when required.
