Florist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in floral design, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create high-quality arrangements that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions
• Maintain extensive knowledge of fresh flowers, foliage, seasonal availability, and proper care/conditioning
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and offer recommendations based on color combinations, themes, and budget
• Ensure all floral displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders with suppliers when needed
• Handle bouquet wrapping, vase arrangements, and custom design requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring flowers are stored correctly
• Support with event setup and breakdown as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a florist or floral designer (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of flowers, greenery, textures, and color combinations
• Creativity and the ability to develop unique, aesthetically pleasing arrangements
• Knowledge of floral care, conditioning techniques, and handling procedures
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak seasons
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
