Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain in UAE is looking for a professional & skilled Florist for GrandRose (floral retail) team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their floral needs and preference.
• Offering customers suggestions on color schemes, flower arrangements, and design.
• Ensure that all designs meet company standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Delivering flowers on time or arranging for alternatives. (To be discussed)
• Cleaning, cutting, and watering flowers and foliage to maintain longevity.
• Maintaining an inventory of flowers, plants, and accessories.
• Ordering the freshest flowers and other decorative supplies from our central store.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintaining the proper condition of decorative tools like wires, shapers, pins, greeting cards, card holders, foam, etc...
• Ensuring proper packing of bouquets and other items.
• Maintaining an accurate financial record of customer orders. (To be discussed)
• Regularly changing window displays and in-store collections as per the instructions.
• Providing sound expertise to customers about flower handling and maintenance.
• Supervising the decoration of event venues and vehicles.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the display station.
• Responsible for sorting, organizing, cleaning, and restock all supplies.
• Billing/voucher to be done for all customers orders.
• Maintaining a daily record of sales.
• Monitor all flower vase inventory and counts for breakage or loss.
• Assist with loading or unloading flowers and props from vehicles as and when required.
• Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven experience as florist.
• In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Proficiency in various floral arrangement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy floral arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills and artistic ability.
• Basic know-how of flower arrangement.
• An eye for detail and an innovative approach.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, punctuality, teamwork, and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
