Operations Executive – Floral Business

We are in the process of starting a new flower business in Dubai and are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to join our team from the very beginning.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational experience and knowledge of the floral industry, who can help build efficient systems and processes for a new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up the full operations of the new flower business.
• Source and manage relationships with flower suppliers, importers, and logistics partners.
• Handle daily operations including order management, inventory, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for smooth workflow.
• Support recruitment and training as the business grows.
• Maintain operational documentation and assist with reporting and planning.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations role, preferably in a floral or related business.
• Strong understanding of flower sourcing, handling and UAE market suppliers.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multitasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
