Senior Florist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong creative abilities, excellent knowledge of floral design, and previous experience handling daily operations in a flower shop. Only candidates with florist experience will be considered.

Create high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets, boxes, and event decorations.

Manage daily operations, including flower preparation, cutting, conditioning, and organizing stock.

Maintain flower freshness, cleanliness, and display standards.

Coordinate floral designs for weddings, events, and corporate orders.

Train and guide junior florists when needed.

Ensure timely completion of orders and manage workflow during busy seasons.

Handle inventory, check flower quality, and report shortages.

Work closely with the team to support smooth operations.
