Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, reliable Florist to design and arrange fresh floral products for a variety of occasions. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, holidays, and daily orders
• Assist customers with floral selections and special requests
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
• Process deliveries and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle basic sales transactions and order details
• Follow care and handling procedures for flowers and plants

Qualifications:

• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed
• Previous florist or retail experience preferred, but not required
