Florist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting, arranging, and maintaining flowers and plants to complement landscaping projects and floral requirements. The role requires strong floral design skills, plant knowledge, creativity, and the ability to work closely with clients and landscape designers to create visually appealing floral solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative floral elements for landscaping and event requirements.
• Select suitable flowers and plants based on project themes, seasonal availability, climate conditions, and client preferences.
• Maintain the health and appearance of flowers and plants through proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
• Coordinate with landscape designers and project teams to integrate floral elements into outdoor spaces effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their floral design requirements and provide professional recommendations.
• Manage inventory of flowers, plants, tools, and floral supplies, including ordering and stock organization.
• Handle floral setup and installation at project sites, events, and client locations.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of floral materials and equipment.
• Monitor floral quality standards and ensure arrangements meet company expectations.
• Assist in developing creative floral concepts and seasonal arrangements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Florist or in floral arrangement/design.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, floral care, and arrangement techniques.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Floral design creativity and color coordination skills.
• Knowledge of seasonal flowers and plant varieties.
• Inventory management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping concepts is an advantage.
