Florist Lead

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading floral design, ensuring product quality, and managing day-to-day floral operations while delivering creative and customer-focused arrangements.

Location: Al Ain, Dubai.

Salary & Benefits: 3000 AED + Food + Accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee high-quality floral arrangements and displays.
• Lead and train floristry staff; manage daily workflow.
• Ensure freshness, inventory control, and proper flower care.
• Collaborate on custom orders, events, and seasonal designs.
• Maintain visual standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist, with leadership experience preferred.
• Home country experience are acceptable.
• Strong floral design, creativity, and color sense.
• Knowledge of flower care, sourcing, and handling.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• More prefer for immediate joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
