Support Center - Irving
The Flow Analyst is an individual contributor role supporting the Integrated Product Flow team in delivering a customer-first strategy that ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to support on-time product delivery and execution of operational plans.
This position is ideal for a professional with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who is interested in retail operations, supply chain, and data-driven decision-making.
Major ActivitiesSupport Strategic Priorities-
Assist in the execution of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, including data preparation, tracking milestones, and documenting outcomes

Provide input on key decisions or overall S&OP strategy

Support inventory flow planning, seasonal/holiday execution, and operational readiness activities

Maintain and update operational playbooks, tools, and trackers to support consistent execution

Monitor key milestones and highlight potential risks to timelines or product availability

Compile and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve product flow

Support in the management of projects and provide strategy recommendations
Cross-Functional Coordination-
Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to support alignment on key initiatives

Track deliverables and follow-up on action items to ensure deadlines are met

Escalate risks or delays to leadership with supporting data and context

Support communication of key updates, timelines, and priorities across teams
Create and Maintain Structure-
Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation for S&OP and product flow initiatives

Support meeting coordination, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions

Assist in managing expedite requests by gathering inputs, documenting needs, and tracking outcomes

Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across tools and reporting

Recommend and implement opportunities to improve product flow
- Design and build operational playbooks, tools, and trackers to support consistent execution
Data & Reporting-
Utilize Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze product flow performance

Generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics

Identify trends through data analysis and recommend resolutions to gaps
Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience in retail, supply chain, analytics, or related experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications-
Prior experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, or merchandising

Experience working with large data sets and performing basic analysis

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
