FLS Engineer - Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Fire & Life Safety Engineer (FLS Engineer) to join our construction team. The candidate will ensure all building designs and construction works comply with local and international fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural and MEP designs for fire and life safety compliance.
• Prepare fire safety strategies, evacuation plans, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and authorities on FLS matters.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance during construction.
• Ensure installations meet regulatory requirements before project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety Engineering for construction projects.
• UPDA Fire Life Safety certification – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, IBC, Qatar Construction Code, and Civil Defence regulations (QCDD approval).
• Proven experience in FLS audits, design review, and authority coordination.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
