We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with C1-level English proficiency for a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt. The position allows a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with customers to provide high-quality support, resolving inquiries and concerns, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional service and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Proficiency in English Teaching and Translation
• Experience in Training or coaching is considered advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently
