Overview

We are seeking a Flutter Developer who is passionate about building seamless, high-performance mobile applications. You will design, develop, and deploy cross-platform apps (iOS & Android) using Flutter, collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers, and ensure that apps are robust, maintainable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
• Build pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that deliver a consistent experience across iOS and Android devices.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Implement state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar) and ensure smooth navigation.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure best coding practices.
• Manage app releases and deployments to App Store, Google Play, and App Gallery; using CI/CD pipelines (example: Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter/Dart and mobile development trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Partner with Product Owners and Back-end Developers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and services.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to align development with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter/Dart.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, animations, and state management techniques.
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, and secure data handling.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) and/or other backend services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment processes for iOS & Android.
• Good grasp of performance optimization and mobile security best practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
