Flutter Developer

Position Title: Lead Flutter Developer

Experience Required: 5–7 years

Employment Type: Contractual – Full Time (6 months, extendable)

Work Location: Fully Remote

Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (IST)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter development and mobile application architecture, with proven experience leading development teams, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering scalable, efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance Flutter applications.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and Backend) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

* Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

* Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues across Android and iOS platforms.

* Manage release cycles, version control, and documentation.

* Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* 5–7 years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3+ years in Flutter.

* Strong expertise in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

* Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.

* Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Bloc), and state management.

* Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

* Experience in leading teams and managing delivery timelines effectively.

Nice to Have:

* Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

* Experience with automated testing, performance tuning, and app store deployment.

* Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
