Flutter Developer

Agiletech Studio is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 1-2 years of experience in creating high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Android development and hands-on experience in developing apps using Flutter. You will be responsible for creating clean, scalable, and well-documented code for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS
• Maintain and enhance existing Android and Flutter applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Debug and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and crashes
• Follow best practices for mobile development and continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in mobile app development
• Proficient in Flutter and Dart with a good understanding of widget trees and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc)
• Strong experience in native Android development using Java/Kotlin
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX standards, and performance optimization
• Experience with API integration, Firebase, and local database management (e.g., SQLite, Hive)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and mobile testing/debugging tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Knowledge of platform-specific adaptations in Flutter (e.g., Method Channels)
• Experience with cloud platforms or backend services integration

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
