Flutter Developer

We are looking for a senior Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the mobile app lifecycle from planning and architecture to deployment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Handle end-to-end development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers for seamless delivery.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and native SDKs.
• Ensure top-notch app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Follow clean code, scalable architecture, and modern state management practices (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• Manage app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and contribute to Agile sprints.
• Stay up to date with emerging Flutter tools and mobile tech trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• 4+ years of hands-on Flutter & Dart experience.
• Strong understanding of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) ecosystems.
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX design, cross-platform compatibility, and app performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, Cloud Functions, or advanced backend integrations.
• Familiarity with Flutter Test, Mockito, or similar testing tools.
• Prior experience in publishing and maintaining production apps.
• Knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
