Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team at Bestech Business Tower, Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
• Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
• Experience in integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile app architecture.
• Knowledge of state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with Git and version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
