Job Description

We are Hiring a Human Resources Team Lead for an On-site Job.

Designation- Human Resources Team Lead

Education – Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources

Experience – 6+ Yrs

Location- Pune(Baner)

Interview Process – online/offline

Key Responsibilities:-
 Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.
 Oversee and optimize HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance,
employee engagement, and offboarding.
 Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and drive
organizational performance.
 Implement and review HR policies and processes to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and
legal compliance.
 Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal processes.
 Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic HR planning.
 Drive performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
 Facilitate training, workshops, and development programs across departments.
 Contribute to a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous feedback.
 Lead salary negotiation discussions with potential hires and existing employees,
ensuring fairness and alignment with internal pay structures and market benchmarks.
 Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and
retain top talent.
 Provide guidance to managers and leadership on salary structuring, increments, and
pay equity analysis. ”

Requirements:-
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and
compliance.
 Strong knowledge of HR functions, compensation management, and labor laws
 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 Demonstrated leadership experience within HR teams.
 Excellent people management and coaching skills.
 Effective communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work strategically and manage multiple priorities.
 Familiarity with HRMS and data analytics tools.
