About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python & Django Developer to join
our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building
scalable back-end systems, developing robust RESTful APIs, and working with relational
and non-relational databases. Experience in CRM development or integration is essential.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and
Django.
 Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs.
 Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
 Develop and integrate CRM systems to streamline business workflows.
 Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices.
 Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes.
 Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams for seamless
integration.
 Manage debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
 Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
 Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation.
 Mentor junior developers and support a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills:
 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.
 Proven experience in CRM development or integration (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot,
or custom-built CRMs).
 Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
 Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
 Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
 Experience with Celery, task queues, and asynchronous processing.

 Good understanding of version control (Git) and deployment processes (Docker,
AWS/Azure).
 Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
 Strong debugging, testing (unit/integration), and documentation skills.
 Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork mindset.

Preferred:
 Experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
 Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized deployments.
