Flutter Developer

We are seeking a Flutter Developer who can independently handle mobile app development tasks while collaborating effectively with the product and design teams. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond junior level execution and can take ownership of features, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure production ready quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Own feature development from requirement analysis through implementation and testing.
• Design and implement reusable components and modular UI elements.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-quality code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage remote data using JSON.
• Implement and manage third-party SDKs, including AdMob and Facebook Audience Network.
• Ensure application performance, stability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow clean architecture and best practices.
• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases for maintainability.
• Prepare builds and handle deployment for Android and iOS platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Flutter in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture (MVC/MVVM/Clean Architecture).
• Proven experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Experience working with third-party libraries and external services.
• Practical experience integrating ads (AdMob, Facebook Audience Network).
• Solid grasp of the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific behaviors.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub).
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• At least two published apps on the Google Play Store.
