Flutter Developer

Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.  Ensure robustness, performance, responsiveness, and alignment with UI/UX designs.  Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.  Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.  Address and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile app development.  Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of successful applications.  Excellent understanding of Flutter, Dart, and related frameworks.  Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.  Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices in Flutter.  Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.  Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.  Strong problem-solving skills and a 'get things done' attitude.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
