FM Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Facilities Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver efficient and reliable FM services across residential, commercial, projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, HVAC, and other building services.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and progress updates.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Provide engineering support to the FM team for troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management or MEP maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
