FM Engineer

Job description

• Look after all the properties, contract & building facilities management requirements.
• Manage and maintain all AMC contracts, third-party certifications, and authority approvals, ensuring timely service execution, contract renewals, inspections, and full regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the maintenance team of a Supervisor, Civil, HVAC, Electrical and plumbing technicians.
• Ensure the all the facilities are run, maintained and managed as per the approved protocols of the relevant authorities.
• Work closely in coordination with the Senior FM Engineer, Property Management, Procurement, Accounts, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of all systems on time.
• Monitor building performance to identify, troubleshoot, and solve, complex equipment failures.
• Ensure all facilities adhere to Civil defense requirements and building codes.
• Manage facility upgrades, renovations including budgeting.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors for timely execution of all activities.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Electrical.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection systems.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Good oral and written communication skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
