FM Engineer

FM Engineer (preferably can join immediately)

• Coordinating and leading a team of MEP supervisors, technicians, HD & CAFM coordinators, and the housekeeping team, providing technical and non-technical solutions for day-to-day operational activities and ensuring all planned and unplanned services comply with SLA & KPI.
• Analyze material and labor costs and ensure an adequate supply of materials for the day-to-day operation of the projects based on the service contracts in coordination with procurement and suppliers.
• Preparing MMR/QMR and technical reports. Life span analysis, Incident reports, and work completion reports, including preparing internal weekly reports for the department head.
• Participating in detailed contract estimation and technical proposal submittals for various ADHOC works. And assisting procurement for detailed scope of works, SLA, KPI including terms and conditions to prepare LPO/ Contract.
• Proactively organizing frequent meetings to strengthen client relationships, while consistently providing updates and drive enhancement and maximizing business revenue through diverse portfolios.
• Read and interpret the collected data, such as as-built drawings, specifications, submittals, and building audit reports.
• Handover/Takeover, along with the snagging capturing and pricing. Witness testing, commissioning, and managing rectification of defects and snags.
• Managing and coordinating with all specialized Service provider service activities as per the SLA and ensuring necessary certifications are obtained on time for all directly related to regulatory requirements of life safety systems.
• Coordinating with various local authorities, ADDC, ADMCC, CD, DOE & ADM for multiple requirements.
• Coordinating with the finance department and conducting regular inspections and meetings to review the service provider’s performance to clear the payment.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Preferred)
