FM Performance & Control Director

Company, marking a pivotal step in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.


Operational Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance management and monitoring of all airport facilities and assets.
  • Develop performance management strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of performance and efficiency targets.
  • Review, approve, and submit periodic reports on facilities performance, projects, and maintenance activities to senior management.
  • Manage facilities management contracts, vendors, and contractors, and approve related documentation in accordance with the approved authority matrix.
  • Establish and update performance management and monitoring policies and procedures in line with best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Supervise risk assessments related to assets and facilities and develop mitigation plans for potential risks.
  • Approve business continuity and recovery plans and ensure alignment with operational and safety requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance of all facilities with local and international laws, regulations, and internal company standards.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure that remarks and requirements of regulatory authorities are addressed to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Safety to support safety protocols and ensure the implementation of emergency response plans.
  • Approve data specifications and performance management systems requirements in coordination with the Information Technology department.
  • Oversee contract reviews and provide recommendations to enhance facilities management and maintenance efficiency.
  • Lead training programs and workshops to enhance team competencies and improve overall workforce performance.
  • Follow up on innovative initiatives aimed at improving facilities performance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance the effectiveness of performance management and achieve corporate objectives.

Administrative Responsibilities

Employee Development

  • Supervise the development of direct reports by setting objectives, identifying training needs, and evaluating training outcomes.
  • Guide and direct supervised employees to perform assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all concerned employees receive adequate and approved training as required.

Policies, Procedures, and Reporting

  • Ensure the implementation of approved policies and procedures across all activities and operations related to facilities performance management and monitoring.
  • Contribute to preparing progress reports for the General Manager of Airport Operations, upon request, to support continuous improvement of facilities management and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to monitor work progress, discuss updates, review suggestions, and take appropriate corrective actions.
