Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive for Facility Management (FM) services to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integrated facility services, including soft and hard FM, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the FM, real estate, or property management industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for facility management services (soft/hard services, integrated solutions).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Conduct site surveys and needs assessments to propose customized FM solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing estimates to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions, pipeline, and opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–7 years of relevant sales experience in FM or a related service industry.
- Strong knowledge of soft services (housekeeping, security, landscaping) and/or hard services (MEP, HVAC, technical maintenance).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
