What you'll do:

As an FM Supervisor at noon, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of our warehouse facilities and infrastructure. Your role will ensure all technical systems perform optimally while supporting ongoing expansion and sustainability efforts. You’ll oversee both in-house teams and external vendors, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and alignment with noon’s quality standards.

● Develop, implement, and supervise PM programs to ensure optimal performance of all

warehouse assets and equipment (HVAC, conveyors, lifts, sorter, VMS machines, MEP,

etc.)

● Lead, supervise, and train the in-house technical team to maintain a productive and

efficient maintenance schedule, including both preventive and corrective maintenance

● Manage external vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality execution and adherence

to project scopes and SLAs

● Plan, maintain, and update the asset register, including allocation, tracking, and condition

assessment

● Review and analyze technical reports related to facility and equipment conditions,

identifying areas for improvement

● Coordinate and follow up on subcontractor works related to POs and agreed BOQs

● Conduct regular facility inspections to assess operating conditions and identify risk factors

● Prepare and validate BOQs, SOWs, and technical requirements for new facility projects and upgrades

● Lead and coordinate warehouse infrastructure projects including: rack installations,

conveyor expansions, sorter setups, and lift installations, MEP fitout, warehouse

handover/takeover, etc.

● Ensure full compliance with workplace safety standards and applicable regulations during

all activities

● Prepare and manage documentation including trackers, inspection reports, and work

completion logs

● Develop and drive energy optimization plans, focusing on cost reduction and sustainability goals

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field

● Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or project engineering within logistics,

warehouse, or industrial settings

● Proven experience managing installation and maintenance of racking, conveyors, sorters,

and automated systems

● Strong knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC

● Proficiency with CMMS/CAFM tools for asset and maintenance management

● Experience in vendor and subcontractor management, contract compliance, and technical evaluation

● Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
