| About the role

To oversee and manage all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. The role focuses on maintaining efficient office systems, supporting management processes, and enabling a productive work environment through effective resource coordination and compliance with organizational policies.


|What You’ll Do

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Policy & Compliance: Implement and monitor adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide administrative staff, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs.
  • Facility Management: Ensure maintenance of office facilities, including workspace, furniture, lighting, and HVAC systems.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records for office operations, assets, and compliance reports.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize internal meetings, workshops, and company events, including logistics and support.
  • Health, Safety & Security: Ensure workplace safety standards and security protocols are implemented and maintained.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement

best practices for efficiency.


|Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

(master’s degree or professional certifications in administration or facilities management is a plus.)

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in administrative management or office operations.


|Technical and Behavioral Skills

  • Managed end-to-end office operations and administrative functions.
  • Led administrative teams, delegated tasks, and monitored performance.
  • Oversaw vendor relationships and negotiated service contracts.
  • Controlled budgets, tracked expenses, and implemented cost-saving measures.
  • Ensured compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintained accurate records and documentation for office operations.
  • Coordinated corporate events, meetings, and logistics.
  • Implemented process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Managed office systems, technology tools, and facility maintenance.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Should be adaptable, flexible and collaborative with good time-management skills.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
