The Office Manager will oversee the smooth operation of the Chairman’s Office, managing executive schedules, travel, communications, and administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism to support both corporate and personal activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics (local and international).
  • Supervise daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Act as liaison between the Chairman, staff, and external partners.
  • Support PR, media, and communication activities when needed.
  • Handle confidential matters and personal arrangements with discretion.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager
  • Arabic Speaker
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.
  • Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
