Administrative & Office Support:
- Draft contracts, legal submissions, and authoritative legal opinions in adherence to UAE government and corporate regulations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Type, proofread, and format official documents and reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support in managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as required.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Executive Operations Officer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles (experience in a corporate or legal environment is an advantage).
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Proactive and professional approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekend work if required.
- High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity.
