Required skills and qualifications
- Real estate knowledge: A strong understanding of real estate processes, procedures, and local requirements (e.g., Ejari, Tawtheeq in the UAE).
- Experience: 5 year's Experience in UAE contract administration or property management is often required.
- Legal/contractual understanding: Familiarity with contract law and the ability to interpret contractual clauses.
- Education: A qualification in contract management, business law, or a related field can be beneficial.
- Compliance: Make sure all activities and contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as those in the UAE real estate market.
- Administrative skills: Proficiency in document control, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with other languages being an advantage.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing documents for accuracy and in tracking progress against timelines.
- Contract management: Prepare, process, and maintain various real estate contracts, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and government-related documents.
- Document control: Ensure all contracts and related paperwork are organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
