Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations to premium clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective property promotion
• Stay informed on legal regulations, market developments, and competitive offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
• Proven track record of successful high-value transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other European languages are an advantage
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
