Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? We are looking for a proactive Administrator / Listing Coordinator to support our sales and listing teams and ensure smooth operations across all property listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and verify property details, photos, and marketing materials.
- Upload and maintain listings on CRM, portals, and social media.
- Coordinate with landlords, owners, and developers regarding contracts, renewals, and marketing.
- Prepare documents such as LOIs, MoUs, NOCs, and tenancy contracts.
- Manage inquiries, assign leads to agents, and monitor CRM updates.
- Provide general administrative support (calls, filing, data entry, scheduling).
- Track office sales and prepare required reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in real estate administration or listing coordination.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems & MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English
