Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies and projects.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
• Liaise between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Support procurement, logistics, and inventory management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff related to operational procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
