Project Engineer

The Project Engineer must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

• Provide continuous support to customer and act as the “Focal Point” in the Customer / Company relationship
• Review project specifications, BOM, estimation, costing sheet and other related documents to ensure
• Preparation of delivery schedule
• Coordinate with inter-Company departments to ensure adherence to the project schedule
• Monitor progress against project budget and advise Project Manager of deviations to budget
• Review customer complaints and their evaluation process, and recommend improvements to prevent similar occurrences
• Handle all administrative tasks involved in the project such as filing all project related documents, updating weekly reports, maintaining project databases
• Assist the Project Manager and Engineers, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration
• Ensure coordination with various departments for project related activities including provision of project documentation
• Administering the Customer Complaint Module from the Projects perspective
• Responsible for Projects Department ISO documentation and maintains records of the same.
• Assist Sales department in times of absence with regard to tender submittals, enquiry distribution, order acknowledgements, etc
• Coordinate marketing activities- providing materials, logistics coordination, etc on deadline, maintain inventory of all marketing materials, serve as liaison between advertising agencies and the Company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services, Validate and fulfill requests for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests, updating company headlines and news in ERP

In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
