About the Role :

As the Construction Manager , you’ll be responsible for the full execution of this landmark museum project. From site management to technical coordination, you will lead the delivery of highly complex construction and exhibition fit-out works. Working closely with designers, engineers, and exhibition specialists, you’ll ensure flawless execution of galleries, immersive installations, and world-class visitor experiences. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Construction Delivery: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring museum and exhibition spaces are executed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
• Manage Fit-Out & Installations: Coordinate the delivery of specialist museum fit-outs, immersive environments, AV systems, and exhibition installations.
• Quality & Compliance: Implement strict quality assurance and safety standards while ensuring compliance with regional and international codes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with world-renowned architects, exhibition designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Drive Project Success: Lead project timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management to deliver an iconic cultural landmark.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Proven Museum/Exhibition Experience: Demonstrated success managing large-scale museum, cultural, or exhibition projects.
• Construction Leadership: Strong background in managing complex, high-tech fit-out projects from design coordination through to handover.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in specialist systems such as AV, lighting, interactive installations, and gallery fit-outs.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a clear project vision.
• Regional Experience: Familiarity with large-scale projects in the Middle East, particularly in Riyadh or the GCC, is highly desirable.
