About the Role :

As the Project Manager , you’ll lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of this landmark museum project. From overseeing project delivery and exhibition fit-outs to ensuring integration of complex systems, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams and high-level stakeholders to deliver a world-class cultural landmark. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution of galleries, immersive installations, and innovative visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Project Delivery: Manage the overall execution of the museum project, ensuring all phases are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Oversee Fit-Out & Installations: Coordinate specialist exhibition fit-outs, immersive environments, AV systems, and interactive installations.
• Quality & Compliance: Drive adherence to international standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks across all aspects of the project.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Engage with world-renowned architects, exhibition designers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring alignment and collaboration at all levels.
• Drive Project Success: Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure delivery of a museum that exceeds expectations.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Museum/Exhibition Expertise: Proven success managing large-scale cultural, museum, or exhibition projects.
• Project Leadership: Strong track record of managing complex, high-value projects from initiation through to handover.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with specialist systems including AV, lighting, and exhibition fit-outs.
• People Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams while maintaining clear project vision.
• Regional Knowledge: Experience with large-scale projects in the Middle East, particularly in Riyadh or the wider GCC, is highly desirable.
