The Role
Our client is expanding their Legal Secretary team in Abu Dhabi and is looking to hire an experienced support professional for a full-time, permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing legal office and provide essential administrative support to senior lawyers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage monthly billing cycles: input, review, edit, and close attorney time entries • Perform narrative edits and coordinate with billing specialists for transfers • Submit and track expense claims through Chrome River • Process payments and cheque requests using correct client/matter codes • Arrange complex travel itineraries through the firm’s travel provider • Format documents to house style and support general secretarial tasks • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and responsiveness in a fast-paced legal setting
Requirements
