Administrative Cum Legal Assistant

Position Summary:
The Administrative Cum Legal Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and confidential documentation with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials for management and departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistical support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR and Finance teams, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized, efficient, and well-equipped.
  • Support the Managing Director by managing daily meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with ongoing projects and activities.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Maintain and update case files, databases, and document management systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, and client communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and case summaries.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
  • Support lawyers in court proceedings and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude.
