Administrative Assistant

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to handle the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow by managing documentation, coordinating with departments, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and equipment.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital and manual).
  • Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative tasks when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
