Secretary

A well-established group of companies in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a female Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and executive support.

Job Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE (Candidates must be inside Abu Dhabi)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
  • Draft emails, letters, and reports as required
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
  • accounts, PRO related works

Requirements:

  • Must be available in Abu Dhabi and ready to join immediately
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance and behavior
