Position Title: Paralegal Assistant
Reports To: Senior Legal Counsel / Managing Partner
Position Summary:
The Paralegal Assistant provides essential support to attorneys by drafting documents, conducting research, organizing case files, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Draft, edit, and review legal documents and correspondence.
· Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case precedents.
· Organize and maintain case files and electronic records.
· Support attorneys in trial and hearing preparation.
· Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties.
· Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and document management.
· Handle day-to-day Management task from other business subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field.
· Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred.
· Excellent communication and research skills.
· Strong organizational abilities and time management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
· With 3-4 years of experience in similar field
