Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with the smooth running of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong communication skills, especially in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, emails, and phone communications
  • Prepare and organize reports and documents
  • Coordinate meetings and manage office logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
