Job Description
To oversee day-to-day operations of Facility Management, ensuring that all building systems, services, and maintenance activities run efficiently and safely. Responsible for coordinating vendors, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements. The role includes identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, reducing costs, and improving service delivery.

Ensure all aspects of office infrastructure operations and maintenance are managed effectively, including up-to-date housekeeping, to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.

Regularly assess processes and propose necessary changes in policies and procedures, including recommending opportunities for automation.

Liaise with and manage vendors and contractors, coordinating services, processing invoices, and ensuring the quality of work delivered.

Oversee the procurement of office consumables and equipment, manage inventory and storage, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained across all categories.

Manage projects such as office expansions, fit-outs, and relocations in coordination with relevant contractors and stakeholders.
