Manpower Mobilization FM Coordinator

Job Summery :

We Are Hiring! We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manpower Mobilization FM Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and workforce mobilization for our ongoing and upcoming projects in Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless mobilization of manpower.
  • Manage timesheets for payroll processing, allowances, overtime approvals, and issuance of warning letters when needed.
  • Collect timesheets for invoicing purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to align manpower requirements with client needs.
  • Address client queries promptly and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with HR for visa renewals, offer letters, and MOL documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Accommodation team to arrange housing for newly hired laborers.
  • Prepare manpower distribution reports, CICPA documents, and gate passes.
  • Manage outsourced manpower processes and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations within the Facility Management sector in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP & HRMS systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
