Administrative (Real Estate Focus)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing listings and leads on Property Finder and Bayut, ensuring smooth lead management, and supporting our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update property listings on Property Finder and Bayut platforms

- Handle and track lead efficiently to maximize conversion

-Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and management

-Maintain organized records and reports related to property listings and inquiries

-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

-Prior experience with Property Finder and Bayut platforms preferred

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

-Basic knowledge of real estate processes is a plus

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
