FM Supervisor – Facilities Management & Building Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive FM Supervisor to oversee and manage facilities management and building maintenance operations across multiple properties in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must be capable of taking full charge of site operations, independently resolving technical and operational issues, and managing teams of multi-skilled technicians and tradesmen. The role requires strong experience in hard and soft FM services, AMC management, maintenance coordination, procurement support, and complete building maintenance operations.

The candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and able to make decisions independently while ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility and in-charge of day-to-day FM and maintenance operations
• Supervise and manage technicians and tradesmen across all disciplines including:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Civil and General Maintenance
• Soft Services and Housekeeping Coordination
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve maintenance and operational issues
• Manage complete building maintenance and facilities operations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
• Handle AMC contracts, renewals, service agreements, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for material sourcing and maintenance requirements
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to required standards
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and building systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work quality and timely completion
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and local regulations
• Handle client complaints and maintenance requests with prompt resolution
• Identify operational improvements and implement effective maintenance solutions
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
• Strong experience in Hard and Soft FM Services
• Experience managing AMC contracts and renewals
• Proven ability to work independently and resolve issues without constant supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
